Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $36.17 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to support a high-performing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operation in Phoenix. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless repair order management, exceptional service delivery, and operational excellence. Your work will directly contribute to keeping aircraft systems reliable and mission-ready.
As a key member of the customer support team, you will:
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers, delivering outstanding service and timely communication.
Process a high volume of computer-based transactions, managing 150+ repair orders daily.
Administer commercial and military repair orders from acknowledgment through quoting, processing, and invoicing.
Interpret and execute customer contractual requirements with precision and attention to detail.
Proactively manage order flow to meet customer service levels and mitigate risks related to delivery timelines and financial penalties.
Evaluate warranty claims for validity and determine appropriate disposition.
Ensure compliance with Global Trade and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and high-volume transaction processing.
Experience with SAP.
Knowledge of U.S. Government repair contract administration.
Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations.
Experience with CAV and PIEE systems.
