PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to hire a Senior Contracts Manager to support Supply Chain Contracts. This fully remote opportunity places you at the center of high-impact supplier agreements that directly support complex aerospace programs and long-term business objectives.

The Role & Your Impact 

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain organization, managing a portfolio of supplier contracts and advising leadership on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance. 

Your work will influence supplier performance, cost control, regulatory alignment, and overall program success. You will help shape the contractual foundation that enables innovation and operational excellence across aerospace supply chains. 

 
 

What You’ll Do 

Contract Development & Negotiation 

  • Draft, generate, negotiate, interpret, and manage supplier contract documents. 

  • Partner with Program Managers to develop: 

  • Master Terms Agreements 

  • Purchase Agreements 

  • Flow-down provisions 

  • Assertion letters 

  • Settlement agreements 

  • Ensure alignment with internal and external customer schedules and requirements. 

Risk Management & Compliance 

  • Analyze contracts to confirm compliance with negotiated parameters and government procurement and cost control guidelines. 

  • Collaborate with legal and subject matter experts to identify and mitigate contractual risk. 

  • Develop recommendations and contingency plans for leadership. 

Strategic & Operational Excellence 

  • Track and report key functional metrics to improve contract effectiveness. 

  • Identify workflow efficiencies and implement quality improvements. 

  • Maintain comprehensive historical legal and contract records. 

  • Brief management and cross-functional teams on contract status and risk posture. 

 
 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience 
    OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience 
    OR 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree 

  • Demonstrated contracts experience (supplier or supply chain contracts preferred) 

  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements 

  • Strong understanding of contract risk management and compliance 

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment 

  • Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute immediately 

 
 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Juris Doctor (JD) 

  • Advanced Degree in Business or related field 

  • Experience supporting supply chain or aerospace programs 

  • Familiarity with government procurement regulations

Pay Details: $48.94 to $75.34 per hour
