Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic for a contract opportunity in Greenville, SC.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •Specifically C-130J experience •Experience supporting Aircraft Electricians in the prep and execution of wiring harness relocation. •Experience with the removal and replacement of Crew Chief specific/centric components to aid in the adjustment and routing of wiring and harnesses. •Safety Shoes
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems and may be responsible for inspection on the C-130J platform. •Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals. •May maintain FAA required records, manuals and inspection forms. • May fuel and groom the aircraft. •A&P license may be required. •Must have the capability to support Electrician Technician's in the prep and execution of wiring harness relocation. •May required the removal and replacement of Crew Chief centric components to aid the adjustment and routing of wiring and harnesses.'
