As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring aircraft, components, and maintenance processes meet strict regulatory and customer requirements. Your expertise will directly impact aircraft safety and operational excellence, supporting the return-to-service process and maintaining the highest quality standards across corporate and commercial jet programs.

Job Type: Full-time | 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $38-47 per hour (commensurate with experience)
In this role, you will:
Adhere to all General Work Requirements and regulatory standards.
Perform Return to Service processes and approve aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and delegated authority.
Secure and inventory aircraft documentation upon arrival.
Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft, engines, components, tools, and materials.
Verify maintenance and in-process inspections performed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, ensuring corrective actions meet requirements.
Inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, conformity, and accuracy.
Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and specialized customer forms—including those for Learjet aircraft—are completed and documented accurately.
Research technical drawings, engineering orders, and maintenance data as needed.
Perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release.
Assist customers and support additional operational needs.
3 to 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
At least 1 year of corporate or commercial jet experience.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong ability to interpret engineering documents, technical data, and maintenance manuals.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Experience working in a regulated repair station environment.
Familiarity with return-to-service procedures and aircraft inspection standards.
Customer-focused mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Experience with corporate aviation programs and quality systems.
