Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 Months)

  • Location: Oklahoma City

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Pay Rate Starting at : $40.93 per hour


Make an Impact

As an Information Technology Engineer, you will support multiple aerospace maintenance and engineering programs, helping teams adopt modern tools and processes. Your expertise in Azure DevOps and system integration will enable collaboration, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across more than 40 military and defense platforms.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and validate requirements for new and revised hardware and software systems.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and system improvements.

  • Conduct trade studies and analysis to deliver optimal technology solutions.

  • Develop and implement processes that support modern computing systems.

  • Support system integration strategies and promote standardized tools and processes.

  • Facilitate adoption of new technologies and transition from legacy systems.

  • Create and manage Azure DevOps teams, boards, and project structures.

  • Establish and maintain naming conventions, area paths, and iteration structures.

  • Ensure consistent governance and access controls across Azure DevOps environments.

  • Oversee ongoing maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization of projects.

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities to enhance workflows and tools.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to teams on Azure DevOps and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the development and collaboration environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and platforms.


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years, OR PhD with relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience defining system requirements and supporting integration initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with software development or coding.

  • Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into development workflows.

  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site engineering or maintenance programs.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Strong training and coaching abilities.

Pay Details: $40.93 per hour
