Schedule: Monday to Friday | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate Starting at : $54.89 per hour
In this role, you will lead multiple sustainment and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) projects supporting critical aerospace platforms. You will work across engineering, product support, finance, and scheduling teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. Your leadership will directly contribute to mission readiness, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of sustainment and engineering projects.
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and track progress against performance goals.
Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure and report project performance.
Facilitate collaboration across Integrated Product Teams and stakeholders.
Produce and maintain project documentation and conduct management and customer reviews.
Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities using structured tools.
Prioritize, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Collect and analyze data to support metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
Present summarized project status, issues, and recommended actions to leadership and customers.
Support project proposal development and sustainment planning efforts.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
2+ years of experience presenting project status and recommendations to management and customers.
2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience collecting data, developing performance metrics, and conducting trend analysis.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Commitment to regular and predictable attendance.
5+ years of experience analyzing complex data from multiple sources and presenting insights.
PMP certification.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) management.
Experience in aerospace or a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration.
