Description:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our engineering team supporting advanced military ground vehicle programs. In this role, you will specify, design, and validate electrical components and systems—ranging from wiring harnesses and cable assemblies to subsystem level electronics. You will play a key technical role in ensuring systems meet requirements through modeling, simulation, analysis, and testing.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands on design work, collaborating with cross functional teams, and driving multiple projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical decisions that directly impact project schedules and deliverables.
• Specify and design electrical/electronic components and wiring harnesses based on system, subsystem, or configuration item requirements.
• Validate designs through modeling, simulation, analysis, and/or testing.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, ICDs, design documents, technical reports, and complete technical data packages.
• Prepare cost estimates and schedules for assigned design projects.
• Create Change Notices, Engineering Change Proposals, and Engineering Orders as required.
• Monitor component procurement, manufacturing, and delivery to ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide direction to drafters and designers to produce clear, accurate, and releasable documents.
• Deliver regular project status updates to supervisors, project engineers, and customers.

Basic Hiring Criteria
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1 year of experience with a Master’s degree.
