Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $30.80 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
As an Electrician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced aerospace electrical and electromechanical systems. Your expertise will directly support innovation, quality, and safety in an industry where precision matters.
Follow blueprints, technical guidelines, and diagrams to meet strict product specifications and tolerance levels.
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and modify hardware, fixtures, and software.
Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test, analyze, and improve systems and assemblies.
Maintain accurate production records and report issues while adhering to standard procedures.
Interpret data and document time changes, test results, and parts usage.
Work with microelectronic, electronic, optical, and electro-optical equipment, including computers and lasers.
Provide technical solutions and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Ensure all systems and components meet established performance and safety standards.
Rework and repair electrical and electromechanical systems as required.
Assist with printed circuit board design, wiring, and prototype development.
Learn and cross-train in multiple technical skill areas.
Follow guidance from experienced technicians and continuously develop your expertise.
Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with electrical or electromechanical systems.
Commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy.
Associate degree or technical training in electrical or related field.
Previous hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and advanced technical tools.
