Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In this role, you will help bring complex aerospace systems to life by assembling high-quality electronic and electromechanical components. Your work will directly contribute to innovation, reliability, and safety in an industry where precision and performance are critical.
Assemble electronic and electromechanical components according to product specifications.
Follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions to build devices, tools, and systems.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to produce accurate and high-quality products.
Plan, fabricate, assemble, disassemble, set up, test, inspect, and calibrate electrical and electronic hardware.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and rework as needed.
Conduct routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations while maintaining quality and productivity.
Analyze and evaluate test results to ensure all products meet acceptance criteria.
Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Document processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products.
Familiarity with testing, inspection, and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
