PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Room Clerk. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting production by ensuring the right materials are available, accurately tracked, and safely handled. Your work will directly impact efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery for critical aerospace programs.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the operations team, you will:

• Perform a variety of manual and administrative tasks related to receiving, shipping, inventory control, and stockroom operations.

• Use material handling and packaging equipment to move and store materials.

• Identify correct parts, components, and materials using markings, color codes, and labels.

• Follow desktop instructions, parts lists, and work procedures to complete daily tasks.

• Perform bulk counting using scales and tape and reel counters.

• Fill orders according to Bill of Material (BOM) requirements.

• Package parts correctly to prevent damage during storage or shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and tracking systems.

• Record inventory transactions and generate labels using computer systems.

• Package and ship materials per detailed instructions.

• Unload trucks and distribute materials to internal locations.

• Maintain proper storage, shelving, and inventory organization.

• Build and break down shipping containers and manage packaging supplies.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records and support training of other employees.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of directly related stockroom, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.

• Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry.

• Knowledge of material handling safety and best practices.
