PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aerospace industry leader to find a motivated Engineering Technical Specialist ready to support the development and integrity of critical engineering processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring engineering data accuracy, supporting workflow efficiency, and enabling seamless collaboration across teams. What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Technical Specialist, you will provide hands-on support to engineering teams while helping maintain the accuracy and integrity of essential data and documentation. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Assisting with the development, documentation, and implementation of engineering tools, standards, and processes.

• Supporting the integration and validation of engineering designs and user access roles.

• Collecting and tracking engineering performance metrics to support business and organizational needs.

• Managing and maintaining engineering documents, reports, and communications to enable smooth operations.

• Performing PC integrity checks to ensure supplier and engineering requirements data is accurate and up to date.

• Adding and maintaining tracking records using Excel and SharePoint workflows.

• Reviewing new and existing records in engineering systems and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.

• Communicating and escalating issues to ensure timely data incorporation and compliance.

• Supporting Supplier Management and Procurement Agents with documentation and process updates.

• Conducting weekly workflow reviews, reporting progress, and coordinating resolution efforts.

• Providing administrative and file management support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

• Strong administrative, file management, and data manipulation skills.

• Experience working with workflow metrics and process tracking.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to follow structured processes and work under close supervision.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering or technical teams.

• Familiarity with supplier management or quality processes.

• Understanding of engineering documentation and change management.

• Exposure to aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.

• Experience working with tracking systems or engineering databases.
