PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support a respected aerospace manufacturer in O’Fallon, MO. In this role, you’ll help ensure critical materials and components move accurately and efficiently through the facility—directly supporting production operations that power the aerospace industry.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: O’Fallon, MO
Schedule: 2nd Shift-Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: $14.62–$17.55/HR
Employment Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Consultant Assignment
PPE Required: Steel-toe or composite safety shoes

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, identification, and condition

• Process shipping and receiving documentation with precision

• Package, label, and prepare shipments according to company and industry standards

• Receive, unload, and distribute incoming shipments efficiently

• Maintain inventory of shipping supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow

• Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

• Comfortable handling shipping documentation and inventory tracking

• Ability to lift and move materials as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
