CNC Machine Operator

This full-time, onsite consulting position in Mountainhome, PA offers a dynamic opportunity to operate and program CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You’ll work Monday–Friday with overtime as needed, contributing to projects that demand both skill and precision.
Location: Mountainhome, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + OT as needed
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts according to production specifications.
Interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and GD&T to ensure accurate operation and material selection.
Monitor quality through statistical process control charts, gauging, and inspections.
Complete highly complex tasks independently, taking initiative to solve challenging problems.
Recommend and implement new procedures to improve machining efficiency and quality.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Perform other duties as required to support production goals.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC machines.
Previous experience in aerospace or precision machining environments.
Knowledge of advanced CNC programming and setup.
