As an Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll apply technical expertise, analyze data, and support complex system designs while ensuring compliance with rigorous engineering standards. This is an onsite opportunity supporting high-impact programs at a state-of-the-art facility in Chandler, Arizona.

Pay RateStarting at $44.79 per hour
Travel: Up to 10%
Apply industry and company electrical engineering standards to system design and evaluation.
Prepare and present technical materials for requirements and design reviews.
Perform qualification, acceptance, and characterization testing on complex systems.
Conduct troubleshooting and analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues.
Support trade studies, risk assessments, and uncertainty evaluations.
Derive and decompose requirements from documentation, customer needs, and design reviews.
Characterize off-nominal component behavior and recommend corrective actions.
Perform peer reviews of engineering designs and analyses.
Collaborate with integration, test, and design engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 9 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
Experience with missile systems and related standards.
Background in electrical component or subsystem design, testing, or integration.
Experience said releasing engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Root cause analysis and resolution of electronic system nonconformances.
Experience mentoring and collaborating across diverse engineering teams.
Proficiency using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, and electronic loads.
Experience with analytical tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis.
