Pay: $20/hour + 10% Shift Differential

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will plan and perform a variety of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection operations to maintain workflow and product quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials

• Assembling, fabricating, and testing electro-mechanical products in both standard and non-standard environments

• Operating hand tools, electrical tools, cutters, measuring equipment, and light machinery

• Performing quality inspections, identifying defects, and documenting findings

• Reworking and repairing products according to engineering changes and specifications

• Maintaining workstation inventory and ensuring materials are readily available

• Following all safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies

• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Standing for up to 8 hours per shift and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed

You’ll work under close supervision, receiving detailed instructions while building foundational technical skills and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience

• Experience with solder cups, wire tinning, and cable or harness assembly

• Familiarity with mechanical or electrical assembly processes
