As a Data Solution Architect, you will play a key role in supporting test execution and business operations by delivering governed, reliable, and reusable data products. Working within the Structural Test Labs Data Management team, you will translate complex stakeholder needs into practical, scalable data solutions, driving efficiency, standardization, and trusted reporting across teams.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $55 to $65 per hour
Work Environment: Onsite
In this dynamic and collaborative role, you will:
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable internal data solutions supporting data warehouse, BI, and data lake integration.
Partner with project managers, engineers, business leaders, and IT teams to translate operational and test requirements into durable data products.
Establish data governance practices, including quality controls, definitions, lineage, documentation, and controlled access.
Enable and sustain Power BI reporting through curated datasets, semantic models, refresh strategies, and shared assets.
Build and maintain Microsoft 365-based solutions using SharePoint for structured workflows and data management.
Automate processes and digitize workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve data integrity and efficiency.
Integrate datasets from multiple sources using enterprise tools and connectors.
Apply version control best practices, including Git, and leverage CI/CD when feasible.
Provide guidance and support to analytics and data teams on standards, reuse, and operational stability.
Drive continuous improvement, user adoption, and long-term sustainment of data solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in data solutions, analytics, data architecture, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and governed datasets.
Experience building solutions in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
Strong understanding of data management fundamentals, including quality, access control, and documentation.
Experience using version control tools such as Git in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience integrating data across data warehouse or data lake environments (Azure preferred).
Familiarity with master and reference data governance practices.
Experience with low-code data integration and transformation patterns.
Working knowledge of SQL for validation and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Power Platform governance, environments, permissions, and data loss prevention.
Exposure to CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
