PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aerospace leader to find a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Your work will directly impact the timely delivery of aerospace spare parts and services, ensuring customers receive the solutions they need to keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 months)
Location: Hialeah
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay Rate starting at : $16.21 per hour
Work Environment: Onsite
In this dynamic role, you will:
Analyze supplier and customer data related to spare parts ordering and delivery.
Review and process customer purchase orders, including order entry and ERP system updates.
Input and manage orders in Cardex (ERP) and related portals.
Collaborate with warehouse, Sales, Quality, and other teams to resolve order issues efficiently.
Prioritize and expedite complex or time-sensitive orders.
Research order challenges and identify solutions using system data and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor performance metrics and pipeline health for existing programs and contracts.
Resolve customer claims, including Credit & Rebill and RMA processes, and identify root causes.
Support Accounts Receivable and assist with cash collection efforts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while understanding customer business strategies.
6+ years of related work experience.
Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support.
Experience working with SAP or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to pass a background check prior to start.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience in aerospace hardware sales.
Knowledge of the aerospace or aviation industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong numeric reasoning and mathematical abilities.
