PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in aerospace to hire a motivated and analytical Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the San Antonio E-4B team. Position Overview
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
Location: San Antonio, TX (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $30.16/hr ($25.07/hr + $5.09/hr H&W)
Requirement: Regular and predictable attendance required

Your Impact

As part of the San Antonio E-4B team, you will gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to improve site-wide performance. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify constraints, implement process improvements, and drive accountability across manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build and combine multiple data sources to produce extracts supporting analytics research

• Analyze and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable recommendations

• Develop metrics and dashboards for operational reviews

• Maintain and improve process efficiency using standardized methods, tools, and guidelines

• Support constraints resolution through cross-functional collaboration

• Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, and operational changes

• Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps

• Provide structured feedback based on assessments and data findings

• Drive collaboration across teams and leadership levels

• Implement strategies and improvement plans under appropriate organizational guidance

• Foster a proactive, continuous improvement mindset

• Model accountability and build trust with peers, partners, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

• 1+ year of experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings

• Experience working in fast-paced team environments with frequent interaction across leadership levels

• 1+ year managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking on flat surfaces

• Ability to go up and down stairs

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with senior or executive leadership

• Experience implementing strategies under general direction

• Background in developing and executing process improvements

• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software
