Focus: High-volume recruiting for production, maintenance, and manufacturing floor hourly-paid positions.
As part of the Interiors Recruiting team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring leaders across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop compelling, aligned job descriptions
Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance
Manage a high-volume workload of production, maintenance, and manufacturing roles
Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, networking, and platforms such as Indeed and social media channels
Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights and recruitment best practices
Deliver a world-class candidate experience with timely, transparent communication
Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and hiring processes
Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting data within Workday
Coordinate interviews and support hiring teams throughout the selection process
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed
High School Diploma/Equivalent plus 6+ years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments
Proven experience managing high requisition volumes in fast-paced settings
Experience recruiting via Indeed and social media platforms
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with hiring managers
Track record of delivering top talent quickly and efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in large, matrixed organizations (10,000+ employees)
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
Aerospace or automotive industry recruiting experience
Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong business acumen and understanding of labor market conditions
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
