PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to hire a detail-driven Product Acceptance Specialist in Dallas, TX. In this critical Quality Assurance role, you will verify customer orders, inspect parts, and ensure compliance with Boeing procedures and regulatory standards such as FAA and CAA requirements.

Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
Location: 2750 Regent Blvd, DFW Airport, Dallas, TX 75261 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.91–$22.39 per hour
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks per shift (scheduled outside peak hours)
As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements before delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing complete part inspections for customer orders
Verifying product conformance to design and regulatory requirements
Determining FAA approval types and appropriate part applications
Completing regulatory documentation (8130-3) and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106)
Verifying certifications, reports, and compliance documentation
Entering data into SAP and scanning materials in and out of QA
Routing work based on weight requirements and redirecting as necessary
Conducting auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activities
Identifying, documenting, and controlling non-conforming materials
Reviewing rework dispositions and supporting internal product reviews
Ensuring timely and accurate order processing to maintain customer satisfaction
Supporting additional QA functions as directed by leadership
This role requires consistent attendance, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict documentation accuracy.
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of SAP experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow procedures and regulatory requirements
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Quality Acceptance experience in a related field (mechanical, technical, warehouse, etc.)
Experience working within regulated environments
Familiarity with aerospace documentation and compliance standards
