Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (5-Month Assignment)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 9x80 Schedule
Pay Rate Starting at : $35.01 per hour
As the trusted right hand to the Senior Director of Manufacturing, you will:
Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support
Manage and prioritize a complex calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts and handling quick-turn requests
Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare required documentation, and process expense reports
Track and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution of leadership initiatives
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, conference rooms, catering, and VIP/customer visits
Manage visitor badging and greeting protocols for customers and contractors
Screen and manage communications, including calls and information requests
Prepare polished correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
Serve as a key administrative liaison across directors, managers, employees, and corporate teams
This role requires agility, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience organizing meetings, conferences, and corporate events
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience with SharePoint or enterprise intranet systems
Familiarity with SAP, Concur, Facilities Requests, or similar platforms
Advanced reporting and presentation development skills
Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Exceptional proofreading and document review capabilities
