As a Retail Sales Specialist supporting our companies Stores Inc., you will play a key part in extending and protecting the companies brand by ensuring a seamless, engaging employee merchandise program at our site in  South Carolina. This position sits at the intersection of customer service, operations, and brand stewardship—ideal for someone who is organized, service-driven, and excited to support a high-visibility employee initiative.


What You Will Do

Program Coordination and Employee Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Teamwear Program.
  • Assist employees with merchandise orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Maintain program documentation including order logs, product assortments, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Merchandise Program Lead and internal teams to uphold branding and operational excellence.
  • Support onsite pop-up stores and special events.

Operational Execution and Inventory Oversight

  • Coordinate merchandise fulfillment processes, including order tracking and stock monitoring.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and streamline workflows.
  • Support improvements that elevate accuracy and efficiency in program operations.

Reporting and Process Improvement

  • Track and report order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and customer feedback.
  • Perform data entry and basic analysis for program performance reviews.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate opportunities for process enhancements.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to support employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs during event setup, teardown, and inventory handling.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Typically 7 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or inventory management.
  • Background supporting retail, merchandise, or program coordination environments.

Pay Details: $26.65 per hour
