Location: Dallas, TX | Pay Rate: $30.17/hour | Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (5am - 3:30pm)

As a Structural Mechanic III, you'll play a vital role in our aircraft assembly process — crafting the backbone of cutting-edge flight technology. This is more than a job. What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In a team-oriented environment and under minimal supervision, you will:
Assemble and fit structural components using blueprints, sketches, and technical documents.
Perform precision drilling, riveting, and sheet metal fabrication.
Align, rivet, and fasten assemblies using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and specialized tools.
Interpret and execute work orders and engineering documents accurately.
Perform inspections and ensure all work meets rigorous aerospace standards.
Mentor and support less experienced team members.
Log work accurately and maintain records using company systems.
Conduct repairs as needed per engineering requests or discrepancy reports.
Uphold a clean, safe workspace and support continuous improvement (5S & Lean initiatives).
Adapt across shifts and tasks as needed to support team goals.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 4 years' structural assembly experience in aerospace or similar industry.
Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
Proficient in use of tools such as rivet guns, pneumatic drills, reamers, and measuring instruments.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
Flexible to work any shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.
Q-stamp certification highly preferred.
Skilled in composite materials and close-tolerance fabrication.
