PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support critical aerospace programs in partnership with a leading aerospace company. In this role, you’ll be an essential link between engineering, logistics, and operations—ensuring materials, data, and processes flow seamlessly to keep production moving and missions on track.

Your work will directly support advanced aerospace systems that impact national defense and global innovation.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you will provide hands-on and administrative support across multiple supply chain functions, including:

• Support Engineering Property Systems, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations

• Perform receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment

• Verify quantities, weights, and material conformance

• Prepare shipping documentation, records, and bills of lading

• Route materials to proper destinations and production areas

• Pull, assemble, and deliver kits to the shop floor according to production schedules

• Perform SAP S/4HANA Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions

• Use computers and MS 365 applications to process and maintain supply chain data

• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, reach lifts, and company vehicles as required

• Communicate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of additional education and/or related aerospace experience

• Experience using SAP S/4HANA for Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Forklift and/or reach lift experience in an aerospace environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4HANA Goods Issue and Goods Receipt transactions

• Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets

• Experience working in a warehouse or material handling environment

• Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
