PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Lead ISC Project Management Specialist with strong supply chain and customer-facing communication skills to lead and coordinate impactful initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment. In this role, you’ll oversee project planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Your leadership will help streamline operations, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and support strategic supply chain initiatives that drive business success.
 
What You’ll Do
As a Lead ISC Project Management Specialist, you will take ownership of full project lifecycle management, including:

• Coordinating and completing complex projects from planning through execution

• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress

• Preparing high quality project updates and reports for senior leadership

• Leading and guiding cross-functional project teams

• Applying sound judgment to accomplish goals and resolve challenges

• Using strong supply chain knowledge to support project decisions and mitigate risks

• Leveraging Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build data-driven reports and presentations

• Collaborating closely with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams

• Managing multiple priorities with creativity, flexibility, and strong execution skills

 
Top Skills Needed

• Strong communication skills, including customer-facing interaction

• Experience in Supply Chain functions or operations

• Strong Project Management capabilities

• Microsoft Suite expert (Excel & PowerPoint required)

• SAP experience preferred

 
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 6–8 years of experience in project management or related field

• Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Experience working within structured project methodologies

• Ability to lead teams and coordinate work across stakeholders

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in industrial or supply chain environments

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

• Ability to work with cross functional teams and influence outcomes

• Experience overseeing diverse and complex project activities
