About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and their associated electrical components.

Responsibilities

• CNC experience program and maintains automated, computer-driven machinery (mills, lathes, routers)

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery and equipment.

• Identify faulty parts and place orders for replacements as needed.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures to complete maintenance tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and LOTO/LTT safety standards.

• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a maintenance team.

 
Qualifications
Required:

• Must have CNC experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Physically capable of performing job duties, including:

• Lifting up to 35 lbs.

• Working at heights above 4 feet.

• Operating in hot and cold environments.

• Sitting, standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
