Quality Expeditor
Hialeah, FL | Full-Time Consultant (6 Months) | Day and Night Shift available
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Product Acceptance (Quality Expeditor) professional who will play a key role in keeping high-quality aerospace components moving efficiently through production and inspection. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in ensuring nothing slows down quality or delivery.
As a Product Acceptance team member, you will be the connector between departments—helping ensure parts flow smoothly between receiving, quality, and shipping. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot delays will directly support on-time delivery and uphold the strict quality standards required in aerospace manufacturing.
In this role, you will:
Move parts and materials within the warehouse between receiving, quality, and shipping areas
Monitor product status and trace parts to ensure timely progression through inspections
Expedite urgent or high-priority orders to prevent production delays
Coordinate closely with quality, production, logistics, and shipping teams
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues impacting product flow
Maintain accurate status updates using inventory and warehouse management systems
Support overall quality and delivery objectives in a regulated aerospace environment
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, logistics, or manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in time-sensitive situations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Experience working in aerospace, aviation, or other regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with quality inspection workflows or expediting processes
Experience supporting high-priority or time-critical orders
