Supply Chain Management Analyst

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find an experienced Supply Chain Management Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring materials, schedules, and inventory are aligned to support high-impact aerospace operations at Kennedy Space Center.
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you will be a key contributor to complex manufacturing and production programs that support space and aerospace missions. Your work will directly impact schedule adherence, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery—helping ensure mission success in one of the most high-profile environments in the world.
This is a 100% onsite, second-shift role (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), with flexibility to support other shifts as operational needs require.
In this experienced Level 3 role, you will:
Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to coordinate global supply chain activities
Analyze complex material requirements and incorporate planning and change decisions into optimal solutions
Verify and integrate Bills of Material (BOMs) and schedules into production plans
Initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases based on system requirements and resource availability
Monitor and ensure on-time delivery while documenting and resolving order delinquencies
Report schedule adherence issues and support corrective actions
Develop, control, and optimize inventory plans while analyzing and dispositioning excess inventory
Create and manage schedules for products and services
Assist with cost estimates and schedules for new business proposals
Initiate audits and drive continuous process improvements through best practices in materials management
Work under general direction while collaborating across manufacturing, quality, and planning teams
More than 3 years of experience in supply chain or materials management
More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment
More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
More than 3 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
Ability to obtain a NASA public trust clearance (obtainable after start; not a secret clearance)
Willingness to work onsite and support any shift as required
Experienced Level 3 background with 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience
Experience supporting spacecraft or aircraft manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with planning, MRP, BOMs, inventory control, and production control tools
Experience using Compass Contract or similar Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
Bachelor’s degree with typically 6+ years of related experience, or
Master’s degree with typically 4+ years of related experience, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience
