Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain system accuracy
Coordinate with multiple functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities
Help prevent schedule delays by proactively addressing material and inventory challenges
Perform duties under limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment
More than 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
More than 3 years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-hour shift
Ability to obtain a NASA public trust clearance (obtainable after start; not a secret clearance)
Willingness to work onsite and support any shift as operational needs require
High School Diploma or GED (required minimum); additional education preferred
More than 3 years of experience with inventory management and material requirements planning (MRP) systems
More than 3 years of experience in packaging operations
More than 3 years of experience in kitting and cycle-counting activities
