JOB TITLE: Aircraft Interior Installation Technician II - Weekend Days
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Summary:
Perform safe removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interior components
Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, FAA requirements, sign-offs, and quality standards
Use material tracking systems to create parts demand, track issues, and complete work sign-offs
Follow standard operating procedures when using hand tools and equipment (band saws, shears, sanders, brakes, etc.)
Install interior components in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements
Remove and reinstall nut plates, inserts, and fasteners used in aircraft interiors
Ensure proper use of hardware and fittings during installations
Follow all safety, 5S, housekeeping, and PPE requirements; address unsafe conditions immediately
Assist higher-level technicians with aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision
Adapt to changing schedules as needed
Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles
Create and use simple fabrication patterns following standardized procedures
Participate in aircraft certification and final phase testing, including flight tests when required
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, fabrication, or related work
Aerospace industry experience
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation
Proficient with hand and power tools used in interior installation/removal
Ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs
Must be computer literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
