Overview
o Client is seeking an Engineering Technician – Integration & Test (I&T) to support a major aerospace program.
o This role involves hands-on support in mechanical and electromechanical assembly, fabrication, testing, modification, and integration of spacecraft hardware and support equipment.
o This position is fully onsite in Gilbert, AZ.

Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma (or technical training equivalent) with 4–6 years of experience as a Mechanical or Manufacturing Technician (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Hands-on aerospace experience, including harness building and soldering.
• Knowledge of electrical measurements (AC/DC, resistance), voltage circuitry, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cleanroom operations and spacecraft handling protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks (e.g., sanding, scrubbing).
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to wear and work in an N95 or higher respirator.
