Summary:

Safely perform aircraft interior removal, installation, and fabrication tasks for components such as galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors, and vanity panels.

Coordinate with supervision and inspection teams to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, FAA documentation requirements, and quality specifications.

Execute fit and installation work according to work orders and engineering specifications.

Use material tracking systems to generate parts demand, track discrepancies (squawks), and complete required sign-offs.

Follow standard operating procedures when operating tools and shop equipment, including hand tools, band saws, shears, sanders, and brakes.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper care of tools and shop equipment.

Follow safety policies, 5S standards, and PPE requirements; address unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Willingness to work any assigned shift.

Ability to climb ladders and stairs, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Basic computer literacy required.

Application installation, fabrication, or trade school experience preferred.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
