JOB TITLE: Avionics Installer I - 2nd Shift

PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Entry-level position

Assist with installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components per blueprints, worksheets, and engineering drawings

Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes

Maintain required logs and records

Comply with FOD, tool control, 5S, and all safety programs

Properly care for and maintain shop tools and equipment

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Six (6) months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred

General knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications

Ability to use a multimeter

Technical Certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred and/or completion of a youth apprenticeship program in the relevant field

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer and general software proficiency

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
