Pay Rate Starting at : $49.03 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a high-impact Manufacturing Operations Analyst. This role sits at the center of operations leadership—transforming data into insights, coordinating priorities, and enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions. Support the Operations Senior Manager with day-to-day business operations and planning
Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses that inform leadership decisions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate meetings for operations leaders and teams
Prepare agendas, manage correspondence, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project initiatives
Track project milestones and follow up to ensure timely execution
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to streamline workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in an analyst, operations, or administrative support role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience supporting senior leaders in an operations or manufacturing environment
Background in KPI reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics
Experience working cross-functionally in a regulated or technical industry
Master’s degree with relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree with typically 10 or more years of related experience
Master’s degree with typically 8 or more years of related experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
