Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6 Months)
Pay Rate Starting at : $49.03 per hour


Role Summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a high-impact Manufacturing Operations Analyst. This role sits at the center of operations leadership—transforming data into insights, coordinating priorities, and enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions. What You’ll Do

  • Support the Operations Senior Manager with day-to-day business operations and planning

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses that inform leadership decisions

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to improve operational efficiency

  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate meetings for operations leaders and teams

  • Prepare agendas, manage correspondence, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to completion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project initiatives

  • Track project milestones and follow up to ensure timely execution

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to streamline workflows


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in an analyst, operations, or administrative support role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
     


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in an operations or manufacturing environment

  • Background in KPI reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a regulated or technical industry

  • Master’s degree with relevant experience


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with typically 10 or more years of related experience

  • Master’s degree with typically 8 or more years of related experience

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Pay Details: $49.03 per hour
