Your Role in the Mission
As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence, performing critical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most sophisticated aircraft in the skies.
Your Daily Impact:
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain customer aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards
Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and documentation to execute precise repairs
Communicate directly with customers to assess issues and deliver solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant aircraft readiness
Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company policies
What You Bring to the Team
Required:
A minimum of 18 months of hands-on aviation maintenance experience
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering and technical documents
Must be eligible to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 75 days if not already licensed
Preferred:
Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
Experience with business or corporate aircraft maintenance
