Preferred Home Base: Boise • Twin Falls • Salt Lake City
(Experienced candidates in WA or OR potato processing are also welcome!)

In this role, you’ll work directly with plant-level teams, driving strategy, expanding institutional sales, and identifying high-impact solutions for multi plant corporations across your territory.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Strategize & Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement plant level strategies to advance institutional sales.
• Grow Customer Relationships: Prospect, cultivate, and support customer accounts across diverse applications.
• On-Site Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits to understand production needs and identify ways we can add value.
• Identify Opportunities: Pursue win/win sales solutions and clearly outline required resources.
• Team-Based Selling: Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared sales goals.
• Analyze & Report: Deliver accurate customer insights and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in Team Gatherings: Attend essential company and team events.
• Self-Manage: Demonstrate consistent initiative and responsibility in day-to-day activities.

🎓 Basic Hiring Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Agribusiness, Industrial Distribution, or Sales preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in industrial B2B sales or engineering
• Strong communicator with passion for continuous learning
• Technical aptitude and hands-on approach
• Team-oriented, inspiring, and collaborative
• Results-driven with a service mindset
• Willing to travel extensively (approx. 3 days/week with 2–3 overnights)

⭐ Desired Qualifications
• Experience in food processing (potato processing highly preferred)
• Familiarity with technical industrial processes and conveyance systems
• Background in selling conveyor systems, industrial components, or capital equipment
