Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Must have legal right to work in the United States and be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

Summary:

Support day-to-day supply chain and procurement operations by:

Placing purchase orders

Tracking deliveries

Maintaining vendor records

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely material availability

Collect and analyze data, update reports, and assist with procurement and logistics coordination

Entry-level role ideal for individuals seeking to grow into procurement or purchasing-focused positions within supply chain

Requirements:

Must be eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization and DoD Clearance.

Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or in progress)

0 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, or related field (internships acceptable)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred)

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Basic knowledge of Government Procurement processes and FAR/DFARS requirements

Awareness of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance standards

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
