Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Employee Development Specialist 4's for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
o Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist.
o Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client's Hourly Workforce Planning & Development organization is seeking Employee Development Specialists, Level 3 or Level 4, to join the Production System Training (PST) team in Everett, WA, on 1st OR 2nd shift. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.

o Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives.
o Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.
o Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.

Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems, etc.
oFacilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirement.
o Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customizes learning programs, courses, presentations and guides.
o Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policies.
o Perform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvements.
o Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors.
Understand regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications.

oAdditional Responsibilities for Level 4 (Senior):
o Lead projects designed to produce educational deliverables.
o Perform ongoing monitoring of stakeholders operating environment and key business measures and objectives.
o Coach and develop less experienced instructors.
o Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors.
o Deploy development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
o Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation services.
Identify and validate training by observing, measuring, testing, reviewing, and analyzing training to ensure that learning objectives are met effectively.
o Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers (e.g., curriculum developers, instructional systems designers, engineers, programmers, strategic learning advisors, etc.) to develop creative training enhancements, guided skills practices, job aids, capstone projects and activities to assist learners during and after training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Experience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum.
o Experience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems, etc.
o Experience as a mechanic working with structural, mechanical, electrical, or other systems.
o Experience in the following areas: Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Assembly, Needs Assessment and Job Analysis.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 1st or 2nd SHIFT.
