Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift 5:30AM-2PM
Pay Rate: $39.17 to $47.85 per hour
This is a high-visibility, mission-critical role where you’ll work on aircraft modifications and certification milestones, contributing directly to the success of the 777 program.
Participate as a hands-on member of the 777-9 Flight Test Tiger Team
Develop Installation Plans for test-specific and production configuration changes
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) teams for PRR IP creation and revision
Review Installation Plans for quality issues: functional tests, BOM accuracy
Identify necessary removals for aircraft modifications
Find opportunities to reduce scope and optimize test requirements
Ensure tooling requirements are compatible with flightline operations
1st Shift, expected overtime including weekends
No travel required
Experience in Assembly & Installation (A&I) Manufacturing Engineering
Skill Level: Level 3, Code 67B
Background in Systems, Electrical, or Propulsion
Experience with:
CMES, PDM, CAPP, ENOVIA, CATIA, IVT
CMES IP editing and NCO generation
Familiarity with change incorporation tools and processes: PRR, LCCX, modifications, service bulletins
Strong understanding of 777 aircraft configuration
Work on one of the most advanced aircraft certification efforts
Collaborative environment with industry leaders
Gain hands-on experience on a prestigious aerospace program
