PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Pricing Analyst who will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and improving profitability through innovative pricing strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes and work closely with senior leadership.

Hybrid Work Schedule (After first 90 days onsite M-F)
Pay Rate $40–$50/hr based on experience
Prepare FAR12 & FAR15 TINA-compliant proposals for prime contractors and U.S. Government agencies.
Sign 1411 coversheets for FAR 15 proposals, including final certification.
Support DCAA/DCMA audits and fact-find requests.
Develop business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies.
Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through sound financial analysis.
Provide negotiation support and pricing recommendations for spares and repairs.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and implement continuous improvements using Six Sigma tools.
2.5+ years direct government/defense experience OR 5+ years in pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis.
Knowledge of FAR regulations and government purchasing rules
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and/or SAP.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing in a government/defense environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
