Material Handler – Keep Aerospace Manufacturing Moving

Location: Medley, FL
Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Support the Flow of Aerospace Production

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a reliable Material Handler to support daily manufacturing, repair, and transportation operations. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure materials are properly handled and available where and when they’re needed—directly supporting production efficiency and quality in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling materials used in assembly, repair, and transportation operations

• Moving, staging, and organizing materials to support manufacturing flow

• Ensuring materials are handled safely and according to established procedures

• Supporting production teams by delivering materials to the correct work areas

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Following all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma or GED

• Ability to perform physical work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow work instructions

• Commitment to safety and quality standards
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

• Familiarity with aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments
