****Candidates MUST have ABET accredited BS/MS degree.****

*****The client anticipates all MRB engineers to be given MRB signature authority within 6 – 12 months being on assignment.****

Long-term contracts with expectations of candidates achieving Boeing MRB Signatory Delegation.

Minimum 3-5 years

Rates: $70 - $95/hr (may be flexible for exceptional candidates on a case by case basis).

Potential Overtime available.

Liaison MRB engineers:

Past MRB experience on Boeing Commercial products highly preferred.
Prior Boeing Signatory Delegation highly desired.
No prior held Boeing Signatory will still be considered.
Must be willing to relocate to Tulsa Oklahoma. (Remote is not an option)
* Experience that will put you ahead as a candidate:

Previously held MRB Signing Authority within the past 3 to 5 years.
3+ years with Boeing products or supply chain preferred.
Structure/design engineer experience with Boeing commercial products.
Responsibilities:

Carry out design analysis and creating design dispositions for detail part and assembly non-conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form and function
Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis while ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements
Able to liaise with multiple functions/suppliers (e.g., Design/Stress approvers) to ensure most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance and installation requirements
Customer facing
Ability to explain and escalate critical issues and an ability to mentor others
Qualifications:

A minimum of an ABET Accredited BS in Aerospace Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Structural etc.)
Experience working on Boeing products and structures preferred, either directly or within the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years and ideally having held a level of delegated technical approval
Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices and their effect on aircraft performance, preferably with both metallic and composite capabilities
Working knowledge of CATIA V5 for interrogation and drawing/model modification
Previous Design Organization Approval (DOA) would be advantageous for the role
TIPQA or MES an advantage
