Location: Opa Locka Service Center
Pay Rate: $33.59/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a globally recognized aviation leader to find a Planner, Aircraft Services who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. In this role, you’ll be at the center of aircraft maintenance operations—planning, coordinating, and ensuring every aircraft visit runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Your work directly supports the delivery of exceptional aircraft service experiences.
As a Planner, Aircraft Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring maintenance events are well-organized and customer expectations are exceeded. Your responsibilities include:
Adhering to general work requirements and established processes
Researching and administering special programs (e.g., warranty, Smart Parts, open delivery items)
Collaborating with customers to clarify requirements and align expectations
Assisting with project flow charts and management tools to support aircraft visits
Determining resource availability (tools, components, manpower) and coordinating with providers to protect the master schedule
Creating efficient aircraft work packages, including material, tooling, and manpower requirements prior to induction
Participating in customer pre-induction meetings or debriefs as required
Entering and maintaining accurate data in required systems
Supporting and maintaining aircraft model–specific technical information (airframe, engine, avionics, paint/interior)
Coordinating with Maintenance, Material Support, Labs, Vendors, and Line Service to compile work package data for invoicing
Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
Proficiency with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web-based tools
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, teams, management, and contractors
Excellent planning and organizational skills in a multi-project, rapidly changing environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound business decisions
Preferred:
Experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling
Background in proposal writing and/or invoice analysis
Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, and/or Pivotal systems
