Tooling Integration Analyst — Support the Tools Behind Aerospace Innovation
Location: Auburn, WA
Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
Pay Rate Starting at: $28.58 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Tooling Integration Analyst. In this role, you’ll support tooling programs that enable manufacturing teams to build with precision and efficiency. Your contributions will help ensure the right tooling data, documentation, and schedules are in place to keep production moving smoothly.
Gather and prepare supporting data to help develop tooling estimates and schedules
Compile tooling product data, presentations, and support materials for manufacturing, procurement, and shop-floor teams
Prepare and upload tooling data into business systems used for offload tooling
Identify, coordinate, and process customer requirements for tooling products and related information
Assist in creating and updating project schedules
Review, create, and update tooling product documentation and procedures
Perform tooling product order processing and prepare order packages for distribution
Manage electronic and/or physical drawings
Perform general administrative duties related to tooling integration
Work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proven multitasking and organizational skills
Education or equivalent work experience in a related field
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Familiarity with project management concepts or tools
Prior experience supporting manufacturing, tooling, or production environments
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 1+ year of related experience
