Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Lead development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements

Support system design and define structural environments

Perform structural analysis using hand calculations and FEM (Patran/Nastran)

Develop and execute test plans; analyze and report test results

Document certification data for customer and regulatory compliance

Support in-service products through failure investigations and improvements

Develop and improve analytical tools and processes

Work independently with minimal direction

Structural analysis for military-based commercial derivative aircraft or B-1 FEM programs

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related technical field

Typically 9+ years of related experience

Hand calculations

Finite Element Modeling (Patran/Nastran)

Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
