Role Summary:

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader industry to hire experienced Sourcing Specialists who are passionate about negotiation, compliance, and strategic supply chain management. In this role, you’ll help shape sourcing strategies, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure contract compliance—all while supporting global initiatives that drive business success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Commodity Management & Contract Execution

• Lead commodity negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
• Draft and manage NDAs, Letters, Novations, and Assignments with Legal and Contracts teams.
• Review contract amendments for accuracy and compliance.

Compliance & Documentation

• Prepare and submit compliance packages, including Extended Terms Requests (ETRs), supplier scorecards, FAIRS data, and SAP updates.
• Complete Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJ).

RFQ & Master Data Management

• Manage RFQ packages, retrieve and distribute drawings.
• Process vendor and material master changes and validate part demand.

System & Process Support

• Upload and maintain documents in contract management tools.
• Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCE) and resolve PO and supplier portal issues.
• Support CID and BAA content analysis for strategic insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management.
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, eSourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and project management principles.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
