We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (9 months with potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (flexible with manager approval)

Overtime: Possible and likely mandatory (up to ~10 hours/week)

Summary:

This role supports metallic and composite structures, ensuring compliance with strength, fail-safety, durability, and damage tolerance requirements across structures including fuselage, wing/empennage, propulsion, systems, interiors, and seats.

Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to establish structural environments

Support product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, simulations, and other analysis tools

Perform structural analysis throughout the product lifecycle to evaluate characteristics and performance

Define and document certification and test results to substantiate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

Work independently with minimal direction

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil, or Structural Engineering

8+ years of related experience in aircraft stress analysis

Strong understanding of airplane structural analysis methods for metallic and/or composite structures

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
