We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Second shift | 1:30 PM 12:00 AM

Days: Wednesday Saturday

Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week

Summary:

Manage high-value AOG MICAP shipments for USAF customers

Initiate, process, and complete after-action requirements for AOG MICAP orders

Support development and continuous improvement of transportation and logistics processes, strategies, and disciplines

Provide daily oversight of transportation service providers to ensure compliance with contracted obligations

Support transportation risk mitigation activities for the C-17 AOG MICAP team

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers, and business partners

Monitor service performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions

Contribute to innovative logistics solutions in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years of related work experience)

3 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation

Supply chain experience or working knowledge required

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Goal-focused, team-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership abilities

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
