Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections in accordance with QMS requirements
Accurately input inspection data and results into applicable systems
Follow and document complex inspection and manufacturing processes
Communicate inspection results and product acceptance criteria with engineering, management, and production teams
Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) within Oracle ERP, TipQA, and/or Apriso as required
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
3 5+ years of experience required
A&P License highly desired
Specific vision abilities required, including color perception, close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment (corrected or uncorrected)
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
Working knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant aerospace industry standards
Hands-on experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment, with emphasis on aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, including prototype aircraft and mechanical system integration
Experience inspecting a wide range of components, including engines, avionics, and aircraft structures
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation industry requirements
In-depth knowledge of inspection techniques and quality issues related to aerospace hardware and systems
Ability to generate NCRs using TipQA and/or Apriso
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CATIA V5 (or similar CAD software), and 2D/3D engineering drawings
Strong math and technical writing skills
Proven experience using precision measurement tools in aerospace inspection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of company personnel
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
