Role Summary:
As a Assembly & Test Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll be responsible for assembling and testing various components and systems, ensuring the functionality and quality of our products. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our team and customers, with the added benefit of a rewarding bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble systems and components according to technical specifications.
Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve issues.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Keep accurate records of assembly and delivery defects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, product quality, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
